    hello,
    apply ice packs twice a day on the tender area and do the soft massage over there.try it for 3 to 4 days if pain decreasing than continue it or visit a physiotherapist near to you.Ultrasound therapy may help you but you can get it at a physio clinic near to you.he will also teach you some stretches which you can do at home also.
