    Knee Injury.

    Physical Agents In Rehabilitation
Hi to anyone who reads this
After a fall I recently found out I had torn and degenerated cartilage on the right side of my knee cap. It meant that the knee cap often rubs along the left side which is very painful. I was told I will be starting physiotherapy next week.
Being a little shy I didnt ask what would happen during this physio lesson I was just told to take painkillers before hand. So really I am curious as to what may happen.

    Thanks for your time

    Hi,
when you will visit your physio he will go through an assessment of your knee joint and will find about your injury, your muscle strength and ranges. After that he will make a treatment plan and exercise plan for you. that's it.
    so dont worry dear
    Best regards
