Jumpers knee is an overuse injury caused by factors such as poor mechanics, over training, poor diet etc.. A brace will only serve to assist to reduce the pain experienced under load. A strap would normally assist a problem at the patella tendons insertion to the tibia but not at the patella end. The knee support with a hole might not do much either. You might consider using a neoprene type quads wrap/support to disperse the forces through the quads which might reduce the point load on the patella. That would be my approach for what it's worth if you want some type of brace.
