Hi there

I've got a question regarding this pain I get whenever I gym my shoulders. I feel it on shoulder joint (like where my arm connects to my shoulder) and I only feel it on my right side. I only feel it when I exercise my shoulders at gym but I also feel it a bit when I do Dumbell Chest Presses.

It first started about 6 months ago. I stopped gymming then for 6 months for other reasons and now I'm back at gym and the pain is back.

Can you help me?
