Ok so have had excersises since 1st day was to straight leg raises, contracting hamstring and quads, and 90degree flex on chair. Full weight bearing on crutches i do hobble round house without them.
So before it was 5 reps 4 times a day now its 50 a day and also standing up straight without brace and doing leg raises have also been told i can go in shower without brace.
I have had alot of phsio before. Last year i was in a swimming pool a week after my acciendent and spent a week in the pool doing light work before i hit the bike.
Im looking into going to a hydro pool this week do you think its to much. Just remember before how good it feels when you can do things.....

Yeah its a pretty awsome job except when your injured its the worst time ever.. Im doing a sports therapist course to keep me amussed for now, while all my friends are shredding the fresh pow.
