Labral Tear. Body Compensating???
Hi there, I'm totally new to the website but in real need of help. I tore left hip labrum three years ago, used to be avid hillwalker and runner. Had to give it up a year ago as hip was getting too sore. Since then things have gone from bad to worse. I have developed chronic back pain, upper and lower, MRI showed DDD t10-t11, I have peroneal longus tendonitis left foot (MRI confirmed) and plantar fasciitis right foot which is now seriously impinging on my ability to walk, my foot gets tingly and numb after walking a short while. My hip flexors are incredibly tight too. I am trying everything to solve these problems, physio, osteopath, chiropractor, podiatry, shoe orthotics, stretches and strenghtening ( which does help alittle) I am awaiting surgery for torn labrum but might have to wait at least 4 months for that. I am really worried of the long term damage I could be suffering. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Craig.
