Hi there, I'm totally new to the website but in real need of help. I tore left hip labrum three years ago, used to be avid hillwalker and runner. Had to give it up a year ago as hip was getting too sore. Since then things have gone from bad to worse. I have developed chronic back pain, upper and lower, Wikipedia reference-linkMRI showed DDD t10-t11, I have peroneal longus tendonitis left foot (MRI confirmed) and Wikipedia reference-linkplantar fasciitis right foot which is now seriously impinging on my ability to walk, my foot gets tingly and numb after walking a short while. My hip flexors are incredibly tight too. I am trying everything to solve these problems, physio, osteopath, chiropractor, podiatry, shoe orthotics, stretches and strenghtening ( which does help alittle) I am awaiting surgery for torn labrum but might have to wait at least 4 months for that. I am really worried of the long term damage I could be suffering. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Craig.
