Hello everyone just an updated on my injury
i fractured my 5th metatarsal on 29mar2011
following this injury we are almost at 4rth month
i have completely recovered from this injury
and back to my regular workout routine
i am running, and doing martial arts.
the biggest contributing factor to recovery is
to listen to your body and also supplementation of essential vitamins and minerals.
glad i have my life back hurrahh
