Hello all, first i want to introduce myself, my name is Leonardo, im 23 yo and im from Brazil, and the reason that im posting here is because ive been suffering from shoulder/elbow pain in my right arm for the last 2 years, as an extra info, i used to be an assiduous weigth lifter. My pain first started 2 years ago in my shoulder, for that i went an ortho who told me that i had impigement syndrome, but the pain was never such a big deal so i just left it alone and moved on. But a year ago i started to feel some elbow pains as well, my doctor first thought it was medial epicondylitis, so i treated for it (physio therapy) which helped quite a bit, but still it didnt get so good. I went back to my doc and he started a series of exams, so far Wikipedia reference-linkMRIs of elbow, cervical spine, forearm EMG and in two weeks shoulder MRI, they all came back normal.
The pain is primarily in the elbow, along with the triceps where the ulnar nerve passes through, and front shoulder, sometimes i can feel some neck pain, but its minor. In my feeling, its nerve entrapment, but im not sure where or why, as i said, i THINK it could be somewhere in the triceps or the shoulder (TOS). I used to feel some numbness in the 4 and 5 fingers, but its very mild, and also some coldness in my hand, but definetly the triceps and shoulder pains are causing more pain.
Thanks for any help and thats all!!
