Strange elbow Pain for 3 months.........
I have recently( had it for about 3 months) been getting some sharpish pain in my elbow, which is ofcourse affecting my weight training.
The problem is that the pain is quite strange as its in the actual boney part of the elbow and hurts quite a bit when doing tricep pressdowns and extension type movements for triceps. But funnily enough the pain is not that bad when doing any presses
like bench press, shoulder press etc. It also hurts if i put pressure on the actual boney bit or rest my elbow on a table. I have iced it everyday and taken ibuprofen.
Thinking its more of a tendonosis than tendonitis, due to the lenght of the injury. There is no or ever been any visual swelling, just pain.
I've rested it for about a 4 weeks and still no better. The arrows shows where it hurts in the pic below
Any help guys
