Did you try to find a McKenzie-trained Physio? I know there are some in or near Vancouver, and an evaluation by a Physio trained in
mechanical diagnosis may be helpful. As for the "crookedness", sounds like you may have some lateral shift caused by disc
derangement, which a McKenzie Physio could determine and treat if appropriate. Try going to this website, which lists all the McKenzie trained Physios in B.C.: http://www.mckenziemdt.org/therapist...F13F43EAFBCA20
If that link doesn't work, go to the basic website http://www.mckenziemdt.org/disclaimerTherapist.cfm , make sure the province is
correct, then click on the accept bar.
Good luck!
