I agree with Mcasus. I've worked with an excellent McKenzie therapist who had excellent results with cases such as yours. If your scoliosis and posture are due to muscular imbalances due to disk issues, they should work out once you are doing the proper McKenzie exercises to reduce your disk issue. And I'd say don't pad your shoe as that can actually make things worse. Check in with a McKenzie trained physiotherapist first before tinkering with your structural alignment! Especially as your type of misalignment typically occurs with avoidance of putting pressure on the disk.
