Firstly I am not sure of your age, body weight or nature of job you are involved in. What is your actual problem ? Was it diagnosed by a medical doctor ? Once the condition is diagnosed then you will have to be clinically examined before I plan the treatment. Anyway something has gone wrong when you are doing home exercises.
