Hello all!I have big problem!
Never mind how I perform bench presses (bodybuilding style) - Chest exercise,I can't get any feeling in 90 percent of times!
Only in 2-3 % of times i feel my chest to work!
I tried all to bring feeling in my chest when perform Bench Presses but without result!
My shoulder are little rounded forward and one sport doctor told me about weakness in inner upper back - scapula/traps/rotation cuff area!
What happen with me?Why when I perform Bench Presses I only move weight from point A to point B without any feeling in Chest,Shoulder,Triceps...
My target is Chest!
Can someone help me with idea?May be injury or?
