Standart Bench Press -
Legs on the Floor!
Elbows - I tried both - 45 degree;90 degree
Middle grip - shoulder width (not very close,not very wide)
From Standart Free Weight Bench Press to Vertical Machine Bench Press - Incline,Flat,Pec-Dec,CrossOver and some other machines!
I always on Bench Press stop before complete lock-out,and not all the way down!
Depend on week from 3 to 5 workouts!
1 Chest Workout on 5 to 7 days!
I train(ed) from 3 years and 1,5 years I benched with totally flat back!

Yes i do back exercises,but sport doctor told me 2 months ago - my Inner Upper Back - Romboid/Traps are is weak and this affect my shoulders posture and body asswell!

do you not feel anything as you do the movement - YES AS BODYBUILDER my private target is to feel stretch and contraction in the muscle when performing exercises!

I have 3 theories:
1)Injury in Shoulder/Scapula/Rotation Cuff area
2)Very weak Inner Upper Back - weak Rotation Cuff and very rounded front delts
3)Sometimes when I maintain arc in my back it stable my Core and on both Ticeps PushDown and Incline Smith-MAchine Bench Press - I get very good contaction and strecht (the most important part Stretch) but Only Some Times!
I remember as well - I had sometimes when I felt my shoulder blades/lats like they want to flare on way up,but I stop short of lock out and don't allow to them to flare (Incline Smith Machine Bench Press)

Any questions/ideas?
I tried all standard things but seems like I still had problem!Seems like sometimg very strange or injury

what weight are you using
how many sets and reps are you completing
What form are you using (ie. Hand spacing, grip, foot position - picture is helpful).
Also, how long have you been training, and mention which exercises you do specifically. How many days a week do you train?

You mentioned you have rounding of the shoulders, do you do any Back exercises?

When you mention 'feel', are you speaking of DOMS - Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness which is the discomfort that comes on after about 24-48 hrs within the muscle group, or do you not feel anything as you do the movement?

If you can provide the above information that will definitely help to make an assessment of your problem.
