Hi - This has been a great thread and very helpful. I have been working on my application since January. I am now stuck re the competencies and wonder if I am doing them correctly. Would anyone be kind enough to share a few of their templates and examples of reflections etc.. It would be much appreciated. I.e. Template 15. Thanks much Jonesy
