hi
I have a problem with my abdomen,its too protuberant,like i would have a beer belly but thing is im not fat,im convinced its a postural problem and ive been to every doctor,kyropractic and even some oriental shiatzu guy,noone knows how to fix it and im geting desperate.
Maybe you can help me? i feel like my lombar is a bit pushed foward,like i would have lordosis but the x-rays i took shows no sign of it,so its definatly postural i think.
Do you know any exercices or anything that can fix this? ill try to post a photo after.
