In addition to all previouse inputs,and again if ur usually eat alot of and diets programs annoying u ,i can tell u that the best method to make diet in addition to exercises just to eat what would u like to eat but don't fed up (i mean eat without being saturated up with food!!)
u need good well ,so prepare ur self now to avoid any possible complications ,postural problems most of times lead to defects at health and all aspects of life...
