The films attached look as if the humerus is dislocated inferiorly. The space between the acromial arch and the head of the humerus is excessive. There isn't enough clinical information to make some kind of online diagnosis but possible rule out diagnoses include torn/ruptured supraspinatus tendon, capsular tear, as well as infraspinatus/subscapularis injury due to the apparent humeral positioning.
