    Hi,
    I've got same problem before with my right elbow, i can't almost move my right arm because of the severe pain especially when putting some weight on it like simple writing, I always make hot compressed on it and try some rotating exercises until i consulted a physiotherapist..to make it short some prescribed exercises works on me...just sharing

    We know that ligaments take 12 weeks to heal. i recommend using a dorsal wrist brace for a few weeks. surgery had a long rehabilitation period also. it is not the quick fix option.
