    Usually when you change the way you walk from a limp or cast or even different heeled shoes, you use different muscles which you may not have used before. This can result in soreness in your leg areas or tightness. After a couple weeks, you should be OK.

    Hello

    I agree that altered gait affects the whole biomechanics of the body but to alleviate this problem, there's need to do some exercise depending on what all muscles, tissue get affected...
