    Need Help - Foot Issue!

    Physical Agents In Rehabilitation
My Husband has damaged his foot (heel) tissues while trekking 2 months back. Since then he is not able to walk properly, theres some swelling as well. Doctors have advised ultrasonic physiotherapy. Can anyone please suggest some exercises that can be taken up at home?
    Thanks!

I think you are best to take the advice of the treating physician/physio. Ask them for some home exercises specific to his presentation as we cannot assess his foot on a forum, hence we can't accurately tell you what type of exercise he might need. They might even be contraindicated at this phase.
