First of all - you do NOT run/jogg in football boots. That is bound to give you issues - you need a pair of good running shoes. Then - I do agree with some of the comments below. As an electrician, you do a lot of walking and standing during the day. Make sure you warm up properly - and light stretching afterwards. You could try kinesiology taping - KT Tape have some pre-cut strips, and on their website you have very good instrauctional videos. This tape you can wear for several days, it's going to give you relief during your work as well. Make sure that your hip/low back is in the right balance - uneven or unbalance over the hip can affect your stride - prower on your legs. Good luck
