Need help ASAP... Navy fitness tests and possilbe Soleus pain!

    Physical Agents In Rehabilitation
I have my final fitness test for the RN next week but im currently suffering from a pain in my lower leg when i run.
Having looked on the internet at various sites, it looks like the pain is coming from my Soleus muscle!

I really cant delay this test as they need to send off all my details to my phase 1 training, which i am going to in June.

Any ideas on how to ease the pain would be great!

Im currently running 1.5 - 3mile per day, usually on a treadmill at the moment as my fitness test is on a treadmill!

    Thanks in advance

Perhaps to get by you should consider running shoes that offer a good heel height relative to the toes. Nikes Air Pegasus is my favourite for this. The added heel height will reduce the load on the soleus.
