frozen shoulder
Hi I recently seen a physio and about my shoulder as I couldn't move it. He did a scan of it and he found fluid round the joint and said it was frozen shoulder.
So he gave me a cortisone injection into the arm as I had inflammation
I had it done about 3days ago and the aching as gone but I still have pain round the armpit like a form of cramp.
The muscles in my arm seemed to of slackened.
Is there a reason why now I have the cramp back from when I first started ?
I still can't get my arm to go completely up or out wards.
How long will it take for the arm to be able to move again
Thanks tracy
