I'm also too far away to be able to help; however I would suggest going to see a physio (have a look on the physio directory here or Physio2U on the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy website).
I'd also suggest that you need to be stretching your shoulder several times a day. There are a variety of protocols you can use, but the one I use is via the Sarah Key Method - you'll find it in a book called Keep Your Joints Young (this is my bible as a physio and I use it with all my patients). If you have a good local yoga class, that would also be of benefit.
Bear in mind that tight, gummy shoulders such as those you get withadhesive capsulitis don't much enjoy being stretched and they can be sore and achy as a result, but in the longer term it will get you better quicker.
