    hi Nell thanks for reply makes me feel better to know it definately doesnt like being stretched thats for sure but i am going to keep trying after having the cortisone shot the worst pain the aching as gone now im doing the tough part where it now feels like cramp . my physio as given me some exercizes to do stretching then back in 3 weeks to see my consultant

    hi ,, it will take some time to cure,.u strictly do the exercise , as he/she demonstrated.
