Update: the arthroscopy went successfully and the surgeon decompressed the cyst and shaved the torn cartilege away.

Currently everythings going pretty well with physio but, my surgeon said there may be a chance of the cyst coming back and I was just wondeing if there was anything I could do to reduce the chances of this happening?
