Yes, Based on my personal experience, I think it will be in your best interest and potentially save you some valuable time during the process if you submit documents from both institutions. Depending on the contents of your training in both schools, you may be able to earn additional credits/content areas from your post-grad courses to cover possible deficiencies in your under-grad training. Be sure that both institutions provide full details of all the courses/module contents covered during your studies.
