    Hi Emad,
    its the alliance that will determine your eligibility for the course under PLAR. It will cost $250 and it can come as an email or hard copy.
    Cheers

    Hi fatexyman, do you know why you have to take that course? Obviously they think you didn't get enough credits in that field, but do you personnally think that you didn't get enough credits in that field? I am asking, because my uni education was all about evidence-based practice, but it is not like we had a course called evidence-based practice..., so if I stumble upon an evdence-based practice course, I might take it, just in case.
    Thanks!

    @lavanworld:

    Yes, Based on my personal experience, I think it will be in your best interest and potentially save you some valuable time during the process if you submit documents from both institutions. Depending on the contents of your training in both schools, you may be able to earn additional credits/content areas from your post-grad courses to cover possible deficiencies in your under-grad training. Be sure that both institutions provide full details of all the courses/module contents covered during your studies.

    And it has to be sent in English from your university or from the translator service. the documents can't be sent from you.
    They won't accept that.

    Re: Timelines for the credentals process in Canada by the Allaince.

    hi Aurelie, I'm sure my curriculum contains evidenced based practice. In fact a junior of mine in school who submitted her documents (of course same as mine) didn't have to do the module. So I believe its just dependent on who is assessing your case. However I look to the positive side that this module help to give an insight into the Canadian health system.
    However it is the alliance that will determine if you have to do any additional course. They will determine this based on the documents sent or they might request for more documents from you. My advice is for fresh applicants, make sure you submit all documents regarding your education and possibly places you have worked.
