Need someone to be onsite 75% of the time you practice, so many hospitals will be able to accommodate this.

I have my offer letter however I am afraid that it is no correct because my supervisor express that he is going to be with me the first month and then we are going to have a weekly meetings, just wondering if you could check it and give me an advice.
